Offered for sale is a natural stand of mixed pine and scattered hardwood totaling 51.7 acres. A streamside management zone has been marked on this property adjacent to the Trent River low lands. No timber will be harvested from within the SMZ.

Within the harvest area, loblolly pine sawtimber averages 1,775 board feet per acre, Chip-N-Saw averages 22.5 tons per acre and pine fiber average 16.1 tons per acre. Hardwood sawtimber includes 1,201 boardfeet per acre of poplar, 284 boardfeet per acre of white oak, 242 boardfeet per acre of red oak and 237 boardfeet per acre of sweetgum. Access for logging will be directly from Blaney Blizzard Road.
