Offered for sale is a 33.5 acre stand of mature timber of which 30.92 acres are to be clear-cut and 2.58 acres are within the streamside management zone. Within the streamside management zone, selected trees have been marked with a large orange circle to be be harvested.

Within the clear-cut portion of the timber sale area, pine sawtimber averages 2,831 board feet per acre, pine chip-n-saw averages 6.2 tons per acre, and pine fiber averages 3.9 tons per acre. Hardwood sawtimber, consisting of yellow poplar, white oak, red oak, sweetgum and other hardwoods, contributes an additional 4,578 board feet per acre. Hardwood fiber will provide 13.5 tons per acre.
